Here’s one I encountered the other day when attempting to upgrade SCCM 2012 to SP1.
The RDC feature was installed on the Windows 2008 server however SCCM pre-req check decided that ‘Microsoft Remote Differential Compression (RDC) library must be registered for Configuration Manager site server installation’.
The fix was to enable and start the Remote Registry service.
