    1. Found that too, quite annoying. If you take the temp file it makes, rename it to cmtrace64.exe and move that copy somewhere that Applocker allows, you can run it. Make that version the default for .log files.

  1. Thanks for the above. Put me on the right track. Found it just won’t run as non-admin. Is not obvisious it was doing some sort of weird .tmp file thing. Copy of and rename fixed for me.

  2. to solve this problem, you need to change the extensions from AppData/Local/[TMPFileName].TMP to .exe. Then you make a new file hash rule of this file to allow this hash.
